2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program
I. Introduction
The “2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program,” organized by the Administration for Digital Industries, Ministry of Digital Affairs, aims to cultivate talents with professional skills and global competitiveness in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Marketing.
Participants will engage in TCA Academy online courses, topic-specific workshops, corporate visits, and final project presentations to enhance digital skills and expand career opportunities.
II. Program Period
From September to November 2025.
III. Eligibility
- Students enrolled in Taiwan universities/colleges in the 2025 academic year (including graduate students and recent graduates, excluding executive programs).
- Applicants must hold ROC (Taiwan) nationality or be international students in Taiwan (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau).
- A valid work permit is required between September 1 and November 30, 2025.
- International students will be given priority.
IV. Application
1. Complete one designated prerequisite course from TCA Academy and obtain a certificate:
- Big Data in Marketing
- Data Career Readiness
- Super UX/UI 101!
2. Fill out the application form on the registration platform and upload the certificate:

V. Key Dates
- September 15: Complete application and upload certificate
- September 16: Announcement of admitted trainees
- September 17: Confirmation by accepted trainees
- September 22: Announcement of waitlist replacements
- September 24: Confirmation by waitlisted trainees
- September 25: Final confirmation of admitted trainees
- September 20–November 2: Workshops and presentations
- Before November 7: Submission of certificates, project report, and reflection
VI. Completion & Reward
- Participants must complete the affidavit, workshops and presentation, corporate visit(s), four TCA courses, project report, and personal reflection.
- Participants who complete all requirements will receive a certificate of completion and a NT$8,000 reward.
