Purpose
\r\nTo encourage students to actively participate in activities related to international student associations or other on-campus public services, thereby enhancing campus internationalization, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University has established these guidelines.
\r\n
\r\nEligibility
\r\nStudents of NYCU who participated in international student-related associations or other on-campus public services in the previous academic year that have significantly contributed to campus internationalization and have demonstrated outstanding performance.
\r\n
\r\nApplication Procedure
\r\n(1) Application Period:  Announcement will be made at the beginning of each academic year's first semester.
\r\n(2) Application Materials:
\r\n\r\n
(a) Application form (see attachment)
\r\n(b) Certificate of enrollment
\r\n(c) Records of participation in international student-related associations or other on-campus public services that enhance campus internationalization during the previous academic year
\r\n(d) Conduct score certificate
\r\n 
\r\n\r\n
(3) Submission Method: Submit either in paper or electronic form. Paper submissions should be delivered to Ms. Sindy Chen at the 2nd Division of Overseas Student Affairs. For Electronic submissions, please combine all documents into a single PDF file and email it to chuanmel@nycu.edu.tw. Please ensure all documents are complete before submission.

Review Criteria
\r\n(1) Promotion of campus internationalization (40%)
\r\n(2) Assistance in the guidance of international students (40%)
\r\n(3) Other public services (20%)
\r\n
\r\nReview Procedure
\r\nThe evaluations will be conducted by the review committee formed by the Office of International Affairs.
\r\n
\r\nAward Details
\r\n(1) Number of Awardees: 1 to 10 awardees per academic year, based on the review committee's evaluation results.
\r\n(2) Amount: NT$3,000 for each awardee.
\r\n(3) Award Presentation: Awards will be publicly presented at international student events during the academic year as a form of encouragement.
\r\n
\r\nThese guidelines shall be implemented following approval by the Office of International Affairs meeting and shall be subject to the same procedure for any amendments.
