Program Profile
  • Students enrolled in overseas partner institutions (with valid student exchange agreements) who wished to take courses at NYCU, and are nominated by their home institutions.

  • Inbound Visiting (fee-paying exchange) Program:
    • Students from non-partner institutions or were not nominated by their home institutions.
    • Students need to pay the tuition fee.

Application Documents
  • Application form (Both the applicant and the home university coordinator need to sign on the last page.)
  • Passport information page (valid for at least 3 months)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English
  • Study Plan (sample)
  • Official Transcripts (in English or Chinese)
  • Latest enrollment letter from the home institution or a student card with an expiry date
  • Recommendation Letter from the home institution (optional)
  • Other supporting documents (optional)

Course Information
Admission
  1. Admission results will be announced on the application system, students must log in and click for admission confirmation before a certain confirmation deadline (announced by the NYCU coordinator).
  2. A soft copy admission letter will be provided to the partner institution coordinators via email.
  3. Division of Overseas Student Affairs will email the "Welcome Package" to admitted students in which registration, arrival information, and dormitory application are contained.
  4. The onsite orientation and student physical check-up happen a week before or the first week of each semester. The exact schedule will be provided in the Welcome Package.
  5. For students with a PRC Passport, please refer to 入台證須知 (僅適用於母校為非大陸地區學校者)
