Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in designing and prototyping cryptographic protocols for the BTQ network under the guidance of the research team.
  2. Participate in the research and development of blockchain protocols and zero-knowledge proof technologies.
Requirements:
  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A foundational understanding of Cryptography and blockchain.
  3. Curiosity about unconventional trends and emerging technologies.
  4. Capable of synthesizing information from diverse sources to form informed conclusions, even with incomplete data.
  5. Good communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to a non-technical audience in simple terms.
  6. Open-minded and intellectually curious, willing to explore different research approaches.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Courses or projects related to cryptography, distributed systems, and/or formal verification.
  2. Some coding experience, preferably in Python, C/C++, Java, Go, or Rust.
  3. Interest in advanced cryptography concepts such as MPC, zero-knowledge proofs, or threshold signatures.
  4. Eagerness to learn about and contribute to the development and implementation of cryptographic protocols or primitives.
  5. Motivated by the opportunity to teach and learn from team members, enhancing collective expertise in the field.
