In addition, co-work with R&D remotely to develop the customized solution and present your influence in pre- and post-sales environment.

Job Description
As a Technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in development of electroless nickel plating (ENP) that meet a high bar for performance in India. You will work closely with India manufacturing team to provide technical service to current and potential customers. In addition, co-work with R&D remotely to develop the customized solution and present your influence in pre- and post-sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Pre-sales work including visiting, demo, test plating, and product verification.
- On-site technical service for customer’s trial.
- Post-sales work likes training, technical consulting, and troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
- Observation of assigned accounts regarding technical requirement.
- Keep good relationship with customer and upgrade customer satisfaction.
- Business development for new product or application.
- Provide periodic updates to headquarter and representative.
- Manage laboratory.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Chemical LAB skill: Titration, Mechanical Testing, Metallographic, or Electrochemistry.
Preferred qualifications
- Self-starter, able to work with little to no supervision.
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with people cross-functionally at all levels within the organization.
- Aggressive, persistent, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
